About STRELA Watch

Discover our mechanical chronographs, alarms, and stopwatches

STRELA transcribes to Cyrillic as “СТРЕЛА.” In English, СТРЕЛА translates to “Arrow.”

Our watches often come in both Latin and Cyrillic versions, reflecting the vintage Soviet Design DNA.

A STRELA Watch represents the fusion of Russia and Germany. Our collections feature precision timepieces powered by renowned Russian MakTime movements, offering exceptional quality at a moderate price point. These movements are based on Soviet classics like Poljot 3133, 31681, 31679, 2612, and more.

Time Traveler

The vintage СТРЕЛА was a small 36mm chronograph model primarily made for the military, pilots, cosmonauts, high-ranking officials, and other awarded individuals in the Soviet Union. Later, it became available to a larger audience. Its use in the CCCP cosmos program made the watch an icon among Russian watch enthusiasts. Today, a STRELA watch is a contemporary timekeeping device that carries a special DNA from the past.

STRELA The Arrow

Russian Watch?

For some enthusiasts of vintage and Russian watches, particularly those made in the Soviet-Union/Soviet Russia/CCCP/UDSSR and Russia, there may be questions about whether present-day STRELA watches can be considered truly Russian. While it’s not without debate, the connection is undeniably close.

STRELA watches are characterized by owners of Russian origin, genuine Russian movements, full assembly by the Poljot factory, and later by MakTime. Russian watchmakers and designers, along with a deep passion for Russian watchmaking, are at the heart of this brand.

It’s worth noting that the company is based in Munich, Germany.
